Delete your Andystrategy account
How to delete the account you use in the Andystrategy app for Android and on andystrategy.com.ng, or only the personal data in it, and what happens to your information when you do. Andystrategy is the developer of the app.
Last updated 20 October 2026
1. Delete your account in the app
- Open the Andystrategy app and sign in.
- Open Profile, then Privacy & data.
- Choose Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.
2. Ask us to delete it by email
If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we act on it, so that nobody else can delete your account. We will tell you when it is done.
3. Delete only your data and keep the account
In the app, open Profile, then Privacy & data, and choose Delete Personal data. Your Personal goals and everything recorded against them are deleted, and you can keep using the same account. You can also ask for this by email, as above.
4. What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete:
- your account: your name, email address, password and sign-in details;
- your Personal goals, milestones, steps, progress updates, notes, reviews and the files you attached to them;
- your reminders, notifications, and the phones registered to receive them;
- your conversations with AndyAI;
- your place in circles. A circle you own passes to another member, or closes if it has none.
5. What is kept
- A record that an account was deleted, and when, so the deletion is not undone if we ever restore a backup. It holds no goal content.
- Payment and invoice records for a paid plan, where the law requires us to keep them for tax and accounting.
- Copies in our backups, until those backups expire and are overwritten.
6. If you belong to an organisation
If your account is also a member of an organisation’s workspace, the organisation’s administrator must remove you, or you must hand over your role, before the account can be closed. You can delete your Personal data at any time. Work records belong to your organisation and are kept according to its own rules; see section 9 of our privacy policy.
